The plyometric elements of a Buti Yoga class are cardio-intense. Wild and liberating movements will pump up your heart rate, so you'll burn more calories and increase your resting metabolic rate.

Please Bring a Yoga Mat. Buti Band uses a band and for Buti Hot Core, you will need a pair of socks.

Vinyasa Yoga (Beginning and Intermediate Levels)
Emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. A moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Also an educational class where we learn the foundations of Yoga, about the 8 limbs of Yoga, about the correct form and why we do certain poses, etc
A meditation class that aims to guide you into a deep meditative state while you're enveloped in ambient sound played. A way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body. Bring a Yoga Mat, Small Blanket and Pillow
